Refund & Return Policy
Contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Each request is reviewed using the product condition, order details and evidence provided by the customer.
Return Request Period
A return or exchange request should normally be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect-item claims should be reported within 48 hours where possible.
Return Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation. Category- specific hygiene or safety restrictions may apply.
Evidence Required
We may request clear photos or an unpacking video showing the product, packaging and courier label before approving a claim.
Items That May Not Be Returnable
Used products, items damaged after delivery, products missing original packaging, customized goods, clearance items or hygiene-sensitive items with opened seals may be excluded unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment or transfer method.
Return Shipping
Islamabad Mall may cover reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return delivery costs.
