Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge will be shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Promotional free-delivery offers may have separate conditions.

Orders are normally reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days. Verification may be required before dispatch, especially for incomplete contact or address information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tracking & Updates

Tracking information may be shared by WhatsApp, SMS or email after the courier booking is created. Courier scans can sometimes take time to appear in the tracking system.
